This has always been my favorite local park. It has beautiful places to take pictures, a great dog park, splash park, multiple playgrounds and pavilions. The area by the splash park has some shade that's fun for picnics if the pavilions aren't available and you bring something to sit on. There's always something great to discover!

Love the park itself. But gave it only 4 stars because of people who walk dogs off leash. Attacked once and seen 2 other dog attacks in 5 visits. Park worker advised me to carry weapon. Now that i do, i feel safer. They have great amenities including 3 really nice but empty dog parks.

A beautiful park. Great for photo shoots. We did our family pics there and they turned out great.

Beautiful landscape earns the 2 stars but I brought my kids to the pool this morning at 10:00 because our first choice of water play today was WetZone in Rowlett. The water pump was down so the park was closed. We were encouraged to come to Harry Meyers pool, and what a disappointment!! The pool was littered with debris and dead bugs! Nasty and unsanitary. It seemed to be the norm because parents were swimming with their little ones as if it was nothing. Never again and I would not recommend anyone coming to this pool!

Love this park. There are at least two playgrounds for the kiddos, a splash park and a disk golf course. There are two ponds with fish and ducks. More restrooms than Town East Mall. They have a dog park and public pool as well. There is also a very well kept walking path. This is the place to visit to eat that Boots Burger.
