Bring your canine friends out for some well-deserved exercise and fun at one of Chandler's dog parks.

The City's Dog Parks have some unique amenities designed just for dogs, including several training obstacles that the Police Department purchased through a grant. The obstacles include a see-saw, balance beam, tunnel, hurdles, and a large A-frame. Other amenities include benches for us humans, pooper-scoopers to pick up after Fido and his friends, doggy drinking fountains, and plenty of parking. The parks are surrounded by 6-foot high chain link fences with one main entrance so dogs can't escape unleashed.

Hours:
Open: 6 a.m. - 10:30 p.m.
Maintenance Closure: Mondays 6 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

On Tuesday, March 6, 2018 around 10:45 am an older lady with a walker had an aggressive dog that was playing rough with another dog. Then about 15 minutes later her dog attacked my dog and grabbed his neck and was growling trying to hurt him. I pulled her dog off of mine and fortunately my dog was okay. I will never go there again. However, if you see a lady with a walker that you can also use as a chair, I would advise you to call the Chandler police and have her leave. Beware of her dog. Horrible experience!

This is a great place to take your dog off the leash and let run. It has a separate training area and is very friendly. Closed on Monday's for cleaning.

We came for the dog park and were extremely pleased with the cleanliness and large area to play and run. It's right next to the kids are which was great as well.

Wonderful. They have a separate section for small dogs so they aren’t run over by the larger animals. IZZY loved it. She had a ball.
