Great place all around! With the exception of tent camping. While they have tent sites, some seem to be an after thought. There is a lot of noise from surrounding areas all during the night. Great camping cabins, clean, spacious bath houses, pet washing stations, on site Cafe, 24 hr laundry, and lots of beautiful trees! The staff were very friendly and helpful and seemed very organized!! Very recommended for RVs, pop-up campers, etc! Kids and adults will love it here!

I’ve been camping for over 30 years and stayed in numerous RV campsites and stayed in a few cabins. This was first visit to Pigeon Forge and I decided to stay in one of the new cabins. This was the nicest cabin I have stayed in a KOA, not was the cabin amazing but the landscaping around the cabin was the best I have visited. The personnel working the KOA were the nicest and most helpful I’ve have encountered. I have a friend of mine who is planing a trip to Pigeon Forge later this year and I informed him to stay at this amazing KOA. I visited the KOA with my wife, sister and brother in law staying in a 2 room cabin late May 2018.

The park is overall beautiful, however if you’re camping in a tent I wouldn’t recommend it. Our tent site was right on a creek, but directly on the other side of the creek was a grocery store. This didn’t bother us until nighttime, and we listened to them back in a truck & unload freight a most of the night. Between this and road traffic/headlights shining into our tent we not get a lot of sleep. Otherwise, the park is well maintained, and the bathrooms/showers were very clean.

Stayed at the Pigeon Forge Holiday KOA during the Spring Rod Run. I have nothing but great things to say. This camp ground is excellent and the staff strive for excellence and it shows. We stayed in a deluxe cabin and it was an awesome experience. Very impressed. First time ever staying with KOA and will definitely be a repeat customer. The amenities were more than expected. The off leash areas for the pups is well maintained. If you have kids, STAY HERE! Movie night, pool, all kinds of activities! Thanks to all the staff at KOA Holiday for an amazing time. See you all next time.

One of the best maintained KOA that I have ever stayed in. The restrooms were newly remodeled and absolutely spotless. The staff at the front office was efficient and very friendly. Although right along the River's Edge and absolutely stunning as far as tent sites go do not plan on staying there which is unfortunate. There is a market across the river and they make deliveries all night. If you do stay in a tent sites plan on using earplugs
