As far as parks go this one is cool because it is organized and clean. Places to cook, sit, and eat. Sinks by cooking area. Bathrooms. Extensive playground for the little to medium sized children. Fields and pond for fishing. Only gripe is absolutely no shade around the pound for people fishing so on hot sunny days it gets tough standing in the heat and sun. Overall though this park is good and great for family activities.
We love this park for so many reasons. They have an area for small kids and bigger kids to play on, dogs, party's, water fun, fishing and so much more. The only thing is like to see is the bathrooms being a little cleaner but I don't think they are any worse than anywhere else they are just always busy so I'm sure it's a little hard to keep up on the bathrooms.
This place is a child's dream park. Huge playground with the rubberized padding around all of the playground equipment. There are slides, mini climbing walls (3' high), spiral slides, raised platforms, spring horses, swings and more. There is also a splash pad for the summer time. For the grownups there are pavilions with power outlets for parties and a large pond with ducks and fish.
great park for the community. Well kept and clean. I have enjoyed the fishing, the splash pad, the playground, and the softball fields. So far amazing unlike Rio Vista where something seems to be broken every time I go.
Love the dog park for the fur-babies and the splash pad and play area for the kids. Have not tried the fishing yet but always see people catching fish. And the rent an area for a party only $25! Great up keep to the area. And feel safe when police walk through.
